How to Refill at Our Store
Tare
Bring in your clean jar to refill with your favorite product. We will weigh the jar (tare) so that you don't pay for the weight of the jar.
Fill
At the soap bar we fill for you! There are many other products in the store and we are happy to help you fill your container or you can fill it yourself. Just remember what product you filled with when you bring it back to the counter for checkout. We also have labels for most products so just ask if you need!
Pay
Bring your container back to checkout where we will weigh it again and then you pay for what only what you filled.

Yes please! And if you forget, don't worry we got you covered. We have new ones to purchase or you can borrow one from our jar library!
How do I bulk refill
Every bulk refill store is a little different. See “How it Works In-Store” below for how to refill at The Yukon Refillery.
Where are you located?
We are located in Horwood's Mall at 100 Main Street in Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada. You can find us right across the hall from Baked Cafe.
What kinds of products do you sell?
At The Yukon Refillery, we definitely carry a large selection of products that you can bulk refill. But did you know that we're also a low-waste lifestyle retailer. We carry hundreds of products to help you become more sustainable and plastic free. We also carry a lot of local products with over 15 local brands. We are launching our website in April 2025 so you can browse our products online!
What's The Jar Library?
Do you have a collection of jars sitting at home collecting dust? Or a really nice jar you're just not using anymore? Bring them to us! Please make sure that your jars are fully dried before putting the lids back on. Be careful with pickle and pasta jars as they tend to hold scent in the lids. They need a bit extra care and cleaning before bringing them into the store. When you bring them to the store we will inspect them quickly and then we will add them to our jar library.
Do you carry Canadian products?
Absolutely! We are proud that 98% of the products we carry are Canadian! We currently carry 88 Canadian Brands and 17 are from the Yukon.
