Our Recover shower steamers contain a powerful blend of  menthol + essential oils carefully chosen to help relieve headaches, allergy symptoms and nasal + chest congestion.

Directions:

Start your shower on hottest setting to create steam prior to adjusting temperature. Moisten one puck and place away from direct stream of water either on shower floor or shelf - we do recommend using our shower steamer trays to protect porous surfaces and to extend usage.

Moisten as needed to maintain aromatherapy release - breathe deeply and enjoy!
